Refinery, electrolysis and emptying plants

With all the features and performances designed for companies in the jewellery and precious sectors.

In the goldsmith field we deal with metal recovery plants (water regia method and electrolysis for gold, electrolysis and chemical refining for silver and other precious and non-precious metals), production of precious metal salts, galvanic plants, of gold emptying machines and bombing cells for jewellery making. With forty years of experience, we are able to design and build systems for the recovery of precious and non-precious metals, of all sizes, starting from a few kilos (also laboratory pilot plants) up to sizes of great importance. Specifically, chemical attack reactors can be implemented with the direct water method up to 400Kg and beyond. The obtainable metal is of high purity, for gold, for example, we are able to obtain purities equal to or greater than 99.99% with a single pass, using a chemical method, or 99.999% with an electrochemical method. While for the other metals, purities are always higher than 99.9%.

For this market sector we also produce systems for emptying objects, both in gold and in silver, through the use of different types of reagents such as nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and caustic soda. In particular nitric acid is used when the soul is in copper or tombak; hydrochloric acid when the core is made of iron and caustic soda in the presence of an aluminium core.

We also produce complete testing laboratories, for the analysis of precious metals with the cupellation method, from the processing materials. We are also able to supply all the most technologically advanced analytical instruments, together with the laboratory itself, such as analytical scales with 5 or 6 decimal places, ICP and XRF.

Our main specialization.
With a complete approach, which includes initial consultancy, design and production of systems, installation and training.

All models are equipped with a safety system, suction and fume purifier (scrubber). We design and supply reagent storage systems and exhausted products deriving from the various processes.
